What we do with your details
The short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your company, phone number and message. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we hold it
To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation if we go on to work together. In data protection terms our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted a business expecting a reply.
Where it goes
Your message is emailed to the founders and stored in our own database. The site is hosted by Cloudflare and the email is delivered by Resend; both act as processors on our behalf. Nobody else receives it, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is what UK company and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ulrik@properoutbound.com and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
