A real person, on the phone, with a real reason to call.
We book qualified meetings for B2B companies. One named person owns your account, not a team of diallers. They learn what you sell, speak with you every week, and make the calls your team never gets round to. Properly.
What we do
Outbound, done properly. Built by people who know the job, and know where traditional providers fail. Every account owner is trained the same way. The research, the brief and the reason to call are all done before the phone rings.
Built with you and signed off account by account. Nothing is called that you have not seen.
A written angle per segment, in your language, agreed before anyone picks up the phone.
Made from England by the person who owns your account. The same voice, week after week.
Every meeting judged against what we agreed at onboarding. A written report with call notes every week.
Then we step back. You take the meeting; we do not sit in and we do not sell for you.
A monthly retainer.
One fee, one account owner, an agreed number of meetings a month. Not a price list, and not a bill for dials and emails.
The pipeline.
Every contact, note and next step is handed over when the engagement ends.
- Send bulk email
- Dial offshore under your name
- Bill you for activity
- Keep your data after we part
How it runs
An eight-week pilot, then a monthly engagement if it worked. We tell you if it did not.
-
Week 1
List and brief
We work through the accounts with you, and agree together what a target customer and a good lead look like. Then we write the reason to call.
-
Weeks 2–7
Calling
One named account owner makes every call. A short written review every Friday, with the call notes in it, whether the week was good or not.
-
Week 8
Review and handover
A one-page review of what happened. If it worked, we carry on. If not, the pipeline is yours and we part on good terms.
Where we differ
The purpose of a system is what it does.
Pay a person only for the meetings they book, and what you have built is a system for booking meetings, not for finding the right ones. That is not bad people, it is a bad structure. No amount of talk about quality changes what the structure rewards, which is why the problem always comes back.
So we built ours for quality instead. You are on a monthly retainer, and part of what your account owner earns depends on how long you stay with us. Keeping you for two years is worth more to them than a busy month.
Three things follow from that:
- One named person makes every call, so they get better at your market instead of moving on.
- We agree the list and what counts as a qualified meeting at onboarding, in writing. Neither side can quietly move it.
- The pipeline is yours throughout, so staying with us is a choice, not a switching cost.
None of that is clever. It is the arrangement we would want if we were buying this.
Straight answers
The questions we get asked most often, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
Because you see the list before it is called and the angle before it is used, and the same named person makes every call. If a prospect asks who is ringing, they get a real name and a real answer.
The structure, not a promise. The purpose of a system is what it does: pay someone per meeting and you have built a system for booking meetings. You are on a retainer instead, and part of an account owner’s salary depends on how long you stay with us, so padding this month’s number costs them later. A person qualifies every meeting against the definition we agreed with you at onboarding, and the call notes come to you in the weekly written report.
The person who owns your account, every time. Not a junior, not a rota, not an overflow team. You will know their name, and so will the people they ring.
We work on a monthly retainer: one fee, one account owner, an agreed number of meetings a month. What that costs depends on your market and what we agree the month should deliver, so we do not put a number on this page. You get a written one-page quote after the call.
We tell you at the eight-week review, in writing, with the numbers. Then the pipeline is yours — every contact, note and next step — and we part on good terms. We would rather say so than sell you another quarter.
Brighton. The company is English and every call is made from here, not from an offshore floor. Both founders are Norwegian, and you will hear it — we think that is a fair warning rather than a problem.
Who we are
Two Norwegians who have spent years as SDRs for European companies. We are direct and we are not in a hurry. We hire and train the account owners ourselves, to work the way we would: read the list, know the reason to call, say so plainly.
We work from Brighton, and every call is made from here.
Get in touch
Most people start with twenty minutes on the phone with a founder: we ask who you sell to and what you have already tried, and if we are not the right fit we say so on the call, not three weeks later. If you would rather ask a question first, or you want to work for us, use the same form.
We work on a monthly retainer, and there are no numbers on this page on purpose — what it costs depends on your market and what we agree the month should deliver. We quote after the call, in writing, on one page.
We will reply with two or three times for a twenty-minute call, and the number we will ring.
The reply comes from Ulrik or Henrik, not an assistant. If it is easier to talk now, ring +44 (0)7903 579081.
